A LOVE NOTE FROM OUR OWNER, GEORGIA LYNN
Hello There,
I’m glad you found your way here, and I hope to get to know you. I’m Georgia Lynn, the owner of Total Practice. I started the studio because I want to give back to my community, and yoga is something I have to give. But more than yoga, I want to offer the opportunity for us to come together, move, breathe, connect, hug, understand, misunderstand, laugh, cry, question, and discover. My aim is to work and play alongside you to build a beautiful and welcoming space where we all can experience the magic of yoga & community. I hope to see you in the studio soon.
With Love,
Georgia Lynn

Yoga Teacher & Studio Owner
Georgia Lynn is a seasoned yoga teacher with over 15 years of personal practice, 3,000+ hours of teaching experience, and more than 1,000 hours of specialized training in yoga and holistic healing. Throughout her career, she has taught in diverse settings—ranging from yoga studios and beaches to rainforests, prisons, conference rooms, and classrooms. Her collaborations include working with high-profile partners like Carrie Underwood, lululemon, and Georgia Tech, all with the goal of bringing the transformative power of yoga to a wider audience. Over the years, she has helped hundreds of individuals find transformation through their practice.
Before becoming a yoga teacher, Georgia was an elementary school educator and a cheerleading coach. This background continues to influence her teaching style, which blends playfulness and lightness with grounding wisdom. She encourages her students to break free from the seriousness of everyday life, inviting them to discover joy and ease while also providing a steady anchor of peace amidst life’s challenges.
Georgia’s comprehensive training spans meditation, trauma-informed yoga, Reiki, therapeutic yoga, and yoga for 12-step recovery, giving her a rich toolkit for supporting students in their individual journeys. Whether guiding powerful vinyasa flows, restorative yin, or meditative practices, her classes are designed to help students find strength, balance, and calm—both on and off the mat.
Her personal journey with yoga began after a knee injury, initially drawn to the practice for its physical benefits. However, she quickly discovered its deeper impact on her mental and spiritual well-being. As a Christian, Georgia views yoga as a sacred practice that nurtures the body—the temple of our spirit—and creates space for a deeper connection with God.
To Georgia, yoga is more than a series of poses; it is a mind-body practice that fosters strength, balance, and ease. Through her teaching, she hopes to help students cultivate a deeper connection with themselves, each other, and the greater force that unites us all.
