This mini-retreat is a space to honor those parts of you, while gently exploring what else is possible. What might it feel like to be more of yourself—to feel more comfortable in your own skin?

In this one-day experience, you'll:

  • Learn how stress, overwhelm, and disconnection show up in the body

  • Understand your patterns through the lens of nervous system science and parts work

  • Practice breath and movement tools that help you feel more settled and clear

  • Begin to relate to yourself with compassion, not criticism

  • Be in community with others who are walking their own healing path

This is a day to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with what matters.

You’ll walk away with practical, body-based tools and a new perspective:
that your habits aren’t flaws—they’re your nervous system doing its job.
And that healing isn’t about fixing—it’s about becoming more fully who you already are.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You’ve tried traditional self-help, but want something that includes the body

  • You long for a safe, grounded community where you can be seen and supported
