COMMUNITY EVENTS

Yoga is more than just movement on the mat—it’s about connection. Connection to ourselves, to each other, and to something greater that unites us all. Our community events are an extension of this practice, offering a space to gather, grow, and support one another on the journey. Whether you're seeking deeper relationships, meaningful conversations, or simply a sense of belonging, we invite you to join us. Let’s explore, learn, and connect—together.

sound bath

monthly with Sarah Cook

First, we move. A little yoga to get you out of your head and into your body. To shake off the day, ground down, and land in the moment.

Then, breathwork. Meditation. Stillness. All woven together with the resonance of crystal and Tibetan bowls, plus a few other sound healing instruments that just do something to the nervous system.

We’ll wrap up with space to share, or just sit in the afterglow with a cup of tea. No rush, no agenda—just time to settle, be, and breathe.

Investment: $50 for members, $75 for non-members

yoga & communi-tea

3rd Friday of the Month

At Total Practice Yoga, we believe that yoga is more than just movement—it’s about connection, growth, and shared experiences. That’s why we invite you to join us for Yoga & CommuniTea, a special monthly gathering where we extend the practice beyond the mat.

On the third Friday of every month, after our 9:30 AM yoga class, we welcome you to stay and enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee, connect with fellow students, and engage in meaningful conversation. Whether you're looking to build community, share insights, or simply relax in good company, this is a space to unwind and be present.

No extra cost—just come as you are and enjoy!

book club & potluck dinner

quarterly

Expand your practice beyond the mat with our Quarterly Book Club, where yoga, personal growth, and community come together. Each season, we’ll read a book that aligns with what we’ve been exploring in class—some about yoga, others about life.

After reading, we’ll gather for a thoughtful discussion and a shared potluck dinner, creating a space to reflect, connect, and deepen our understanding of the practice. This is a free event open to all who love to learn, grow, and share in community.
