About the Courses
Each course meets weekly for 6–12 weeks in small, in-person groups (no more than 8 participants). This structure creates a steady, supportive space where you can slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with yourself.
I love—and prefer—in-person connection. But I also know life is full. So courses are hybrid: if you ever need to tune in virtually or catch the recording, that option is available.
Together, we’ll explore how your body holds stress, how your nervous system adapts, and how to gently shift long-held patterns—through movement, breath, parts work, and reflection.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to show up.
