Welcome home.

trauma-healing, holistic health and healing, yoga for healing

You don’t need to be fixed.
You need to be welcomed.
You need a space where your system can settle—
and your body can begin to feel safe again.

If you’ve been stuck in survival mode, moving through the day on autopilot, or feeling disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone.
These aren’t personal flaws. They’re biological responses to chronic stress and overwhelm.

What’s ahead is not about pushing through or perfecting anything.
It’s about learning how your nervous system works—and how to work with it.
It’s about creating space for regulation, interoceptive awareness, and self-trust that lives in your body, not just your mind.

Coming Home to Your Body

A 12-week course for nervous system regulation, reconnection, and embodied self-trust

We spend much of our lives in our heads—navigating pressure, productivity, and performance.
But healing begins when we come back to the body.

This course weaves together nervous system education, gentle movement, breathwork, and somatic tools to help you reconnect with your internal world.

You’ll learn to listen to what your body is telling you—and respond with care.
Not through force, but through presence.
Not by overriding discomfort, but by building capacity to stay with it.

This is a trauma-informed, small-group program grounded in nervous system science and built around your lived experience.

You don’t need to perform. You don’t need to push.
You just need a safe space to land.

This course is for you if:

  • You often feel disconnected from your body—or like you’re “living from the neck up”

  • You override your needs until you burn out

  • You’ve done therapy or self-work, but still feel unsettled in your body

  • You crave tools that are both trauma-informed and grounded in the science of regulation

  • You long for a steady, supportive space where you don’t have to perform or pretend

No prior yoga experience is needed.
This space is gentle, accessible, and intentionally slow—created for real life, real people, and real healing.

What You’ll Gain

By the end of these 12 weeks, you’ll have:

  • A deeper understanding of how your nervous system functions—and how to support it

  • Somatic tools to help you regulate in moments of stress, overwhelm, or shutdown

  • A renewed connection to your breath, your body, and your inner signals

  • More capacity to identify your needs—and respond with clarity and care

  • A felt sense of groundedness and self-trust that comes from inside

This course won’t erase the stress of life.
But it will give you a steadier foundation to meet life from.

Come home to the wisdom of your body.

In this 12-week course, we’ll slow down, tune in, and gently reconnect with what’s been there all along—you.

Week-by-Week: What You’ll Explore

This 12-week journey is designed to gently reconnect you with your body, deepen your capacity for self-awareness, and support healing at your own pace. Each week includes guided movement, breathwork, education, reflection, and a simple take-home practice. Here’s what we’ll explore:

Week 1: Coming Home to the Body

Begin your journey by understanding disconnection and the many reasons we leave the body. Learn how culture and trauma impact embodiment—and what it means to begin again, gently.

Week 2: Meeting Yourself with Curiosity

Explore the protective nature of judgment and how to shift from inner criticism to compassionate curiosity. Learn to recognize judgment as a part of you—not all of you.

Week 3: Interoception: Listening Within

Discover the concept of interoception—the ability to feel internal signals—and practice naming sensations as a gateway to presence, safety, and inner trust.

Week 4: Orienting and Grounding

Learn how to use your senses to settle into the present moment. Explore orienting and grounding practices that help your nervous system feel safe enough to soften. Begin to gently expand your capacity to be with what’s here.

Week 5: Befriending the Body

Take a deeper look at your relationship with your physical body. Gently explore sensation mapping and practice being with your body in ways that are respectful, curious, and kind.

Week 6: Disconnection as Protection

Explore the many forms of disconnection—numbing, overdoing, zoning out—and understand them as protective patterns. Practice staying present in small, manageable ways.

Week 7: Feeling Feelings in the Body

Learn how emotions show up physically and how to stay with emotional experience without getting overwhelmed. Practice tracking sensation and naming feelings as they arise.

Week 8: Trusting Body Cues

Turn toward subtle body messages—hunger, thirst, rest, movement, boundaries—and begin to rebuild trust with your inner signals. Learn how honoring cues supports self-respect.

Week 9: Understanding Nervous System States

Use a polyvagal-informed lens to explore how your nervous system responds to the world around you. Begin to recognize your common patterns and how they show up in your body, behavior, and relationships.

Week 10: Working with Triggers

Learn what a trigger really is—and why it’s not a flaw, but a signal from your nervous system. Practice staying with your body when activated and explore supportive ways to respond with care.

Week 11: Tools for Regulation

Build your personal toolkit for nervous system regulation. Learn simple, body-based tools to support grounding, settling, and flexible responses to stress in everyday life.

Week 12: Integration & Celebration

Reflect on the journey you’ve taken. Celebrate growth. Revisit your tools. Name what’s next. Honor what it means to feel more at home in your body—and in your life.

About Your Instructor

Meet Georgia Lynn

I’m a trauma-informed yoga teacher, nervous system educator, and space holder for deep transformation. My approach is grounded in both personal experience and professional study—from somatic psychology and parts work to nervous system science, intuitive healing, and yoga philosophy.

I created Coming Home to Your Body because I know how hard it can be to live from the neck up—disconnected, overwhelmed, and unsure what you even need. I’ve lived that. And I also know the power of returning to your body as a place of wisdom, safety, and truth.

This course is the space I wish I’d had. A space where healing doesn’t mean fixing yourself—it means learning to listen inward, gently and consistently. I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
