1:1 Journey: Coming Home to Your Body

This 12-week 1:1 journey is a chance to explore the patterns your nervous system has carried — the overworking, people-pleasing, or shutting down that once kept you safe — and begin transforming them into ways of being that feel grounded, connected, and fully alive.

This is more than a series of sessions — it’s a guided container where you’ll receive accountability, nervous system education, and compassionate space to explore and shift long-held patterns.

You’ll be guided to not only regulate and find steadiness, but to experience more joy, deeper connection, and a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who you truly are.

When Stress Becomes a Pattern

Chronic stress and unresolved experiences can leave the nervous system caught in cycles of urgency, anxiety, or shutdown. Over time, these patterns show up as tension in the body, difficulty focusing, emotional overwhelm, or the sense of being disconnected from yourself.

These aren’t personal failings — they’re protective responses the body has learned over time. But with support, it’s possible to understand these patterns, regulate more effectively, and create steadier, more authentic ways of relating to yourself and others.

About Your Guide

Hi, I’m Georgia Lynn — a trauma-informed yoga teacher and nervous system educator with advanced training in somatic practices, mindfulness, and healing-centered approaches.

I draw on nervous system science, trauma-informed yoga, attachment theory, and embodied practices, woven together with my own lived experience of navigating burnout and disconnection. My approach combines science and compassion to create spaces where healing feels safe, grounded, and sustainable.

I believe transformation doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from slowing down, listening inward, and tending to the parts of us we’ve long ignored. This work is about meeting yourself as you are, holding both the pain and the possibility, and reconnecting with the wisdom already within you.

  • Between-Session Support: Access to voice messaging for questions or check-ins.

  • Workbook Included: A copy of the Coming Home to Your Body workbook for weekly practices and reflections.

Investment: $1,500 (with sliding scale and payment plans available)
