What This Coaching Is

This is not performance coaching.
It’s not about fixing, perfecting, or hustling for worth.
It’s not about optimizing your calendar so you can squeeze more in.

This is a space to slow down and reconnect.
To get honest about what’s not working—and why.
To listen to what your body is trying to tell you.
To name what you actually want.

It’s a space where you can let the mask down and be fully yourself—without having to explain, prove, or push.

The Approach

My work is grounded in nervous system regulation, parts work, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care. What that means is:

  • We’ll begin by helping you feel safer and more resourced in your body.

  • We’ll explore the patterns (like overworking, people-pleasing, or perfectionism) that may have once served you—but are no longer sustainable.

  • We’ll welcome all parts of you with curiosity, compassion, and care.

  • We’ll practice listening to your inner cues—so you can make decisions from a place of clarity, not survival.

You don’t need to show up “put together.” You don’t need to have the answers. All you need is a willingness to explore.

What to Expect

Coaching sessions are 60 minutes and held on Zoom (or in-person if you're local).
This work is gentle but deep. We’ll move at a pace that honors your nervous system.

  • Somatic practices that support embodiment and regulation

About Your Guide

Hi, I’m Georgia Lynn.
I’m a trauma-informed yoga teacher, nervous system educator, and embodiment coach—and a human who’s walked the winding road of burnout, disconnection, and coming back home to myself.

I’ve spent years learning how to soften the grip of perfectionism, quiet the noise of overthinking, and rebuild a relationship with my body after years of overriding it. What I’ve found is that true transformation doesn’t come from pushing harder or performing better—it comes from slowing down, listening inward, and tending to the parts of us we’ve long ignored.

I created this coaching space because it’s what I needed:
A space to be met as I am.
A space that holds both the pain and the possibility.
A space that invites you back to your own wisdom, gently and without pressure.

My approach integrates nervous system education, parts work, somatic practices, and deep presence. But mostly—it’s human. Relational. Real. Grounded in lived experience as much as training.
