Maha's teaching style is authentic, practical, and compassionate.

Since 2007, Maha has been a respected educator and space holder in the greater Atlanta area. Their qualifications include certifications in 220-hour Kundalini Yoga, 200-hour Kripalu Yoga, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Emotional Liberation Coaching, and Trauma-Informed Yoga, among others.

In addition to teaching Kundalini Yoga, Maha manages Psychosomatic Recovery in Decatur, GA, and offers workshops and retreats throughout the greater Atlanta area. With over 16 years of experience as a Psychosomatic Massage Therapist, Maha Taylor is dedicated to helping clients understand how tension patterns in the body reflect psychological coping strategies.

Maha's extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, functional movement, and organ systems, combined with a deep understanding of developmental psychology and the latest research in psychology and somatics, enables a holistic approach to healing and transformation.

By integrating recent research on neuroplasticity, Maha designs practices that foster new behavioral pathways in the brain and body. This approach helps clients connect with their body's messages and promotes profound emotional and physical reconnection.

Maha offers weekly group kundalini yoga classes and series. They also offer psychosomatic massage therapy, Thai massage, and emotional coaching.
