Chamblee’s Home for
Soulful Yoga & Community
Enter a sanctuary where it’s safe to show up exactly as you are.
Where there’s room for you to breathe, spread out, and be curious about what it’s like to be you right now.
Where the endless quest for perfection ends, the façade is free to drop, and you find a nurturing compassion for self that sparks an authenticity and lightness you’ve been craving.
A space where you’re invited to take up space. Where you’re called forward toward your strength and your softness. Where your voice is encouraged, and you’re empowered to move in a way that feels right for you.
Where yoga is about more than what you do on your mat. It’s about the presence, passion, and meaning you create. And it touches every aspect of your being.
Total Practice isn’t just a yoga studio; we’re a community. And we’re here to come together, grow together, and support each other on this mysterious and magnificent life journey.
YOGA
Sometimes the easiest way to share what you are is to share what you are not.
Our classes are non-heated, non-competitive, and non-dogmatic.
We don’t adhere to “good vibes only” rhetoric—because we know radical acceptance of all parts of self is the medicine.
We don’t follow a guru—because the guru is you.
And we’re not just a work out class—but prepare to move and be moved.
COMMUNITY
Yes, yoga is an inner journey, AND it’s one we take together. You can’t lock yourself up in a cocoon and emerge as the beautiful butterfly that you are. We transform and heal through communion with ourselves AND each other.
Join us in experiencing the transformative power of being together in community.
A LOVE NOTE FROM OUR OWNER, GEORGIA LYNN
Hello There,
I’m glad you found your way here, and I hope to get to know you. I’m Georgia Lynn, the owner of Total Practice. I started the studio because I want to give back to my community, and yoga is something I have to give. But more than yoga, I want to offer the opportunity for us to come together, move, breathe, connect, hug, understand, misunderstand, laugh, cry, question, and discover. My aim is to work and play alongside you to build a beautiful and welcoming space where we all can experience the magic of yoga & community. I hope to see you in the studio soon.
With Love,
Georgia Lynn
